AAK’s auditors are appointed by the Annual General Meeting. At the Annual General Meeting in 2022, the audit company KPMG AB was reelected as auditors up to and including the Annual General Meeting in 2023.
KPMG's Jonas Nihlberg, Authorized Public Accountant and Partner since 2015, is appointed as auditor in charge. Jonas Nihlberg also has auditing assignments in the companies Hansa Biopharma AB and NIBE Industrier AB.
All services which are ordered over and above the audit which is required by law, are separately scrutinized in order to ensure that there is no conflict as regards independence or disqualification circumstances. There are no agreements with related parties.
